Shadowed 14 clinicians across 3 hospitals to map real workflows
Designed a keyboard-first interface with command palette (Cmd+K) for power users
Built accessible (WCAG 2.2 AA) component library in TypeScript + Tailwind
Engineered offline-first data sync with conflict resolution UX
Created a "focus mode" that suppressed notifications during patient encounters
